We are an independently owned and run Craft Beer Brewery based in Stag Industrial Estate, Dublin 9. We are proud to be a founding member of the Independent Craft Brewers of Ireland. At Porterhouse Brew CO we brew for taste and in the brewing we look carefully at how we do it.

We are looking for a full-time permanent Brewery/Warehouse Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate would have an interest in brewing and craft beers, be enthusiastic and self-motivated.

 The main responsibilities are:

• Effectively communicate to warehouse personnel all goods which will need to be returned back to inventory if not used.

• Maintain quality requirements in accordance with company standards. Responsible for reporting all quality defects, issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Ability to work in all assigned areas of mixed pack line, performing relief duties when required.
• Watch flow of packaging materials into appropriate machine.
• Operate forklift in safe and efficient manner, certification desirable however training will be provided.
• Handle chemicals according to proper safe handling procedures
• Working on the kegging line and ensuring kegs are filled to correct levels.
• Carry out general housekeeping duties and offering assistance to the rest of the team as and when needed.
• Must observe and practice all brewery procedures, including wearing proper PPE, including respirators and all safety and sanitation equipment as required and follow all site health and safety guidelines.
• Safely and efficiently operate equipment/machinery as assigned to meet brewery goals.
• Must be receptive to working in a team environment and maintain positive working relationships with others.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and be flexible in working arrangements if the need arises.
• Conduct proper sanitation duties. Involves the complete cleaning of all the equipment within the facility to ensure the overall cleanliness of the site.
• Read and operate computers and automated equipment and input data as required.
• Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned.

The successful candidate will have:
