The main responsibilities are:

·Ensure that customers always receive a high-quality service

·Make recommendations based on our products and menu including daily specials and promotions

·Ensure that all orders are taken accurately and delivered in a timely manner

·Ensure that all tables and areas are cleaned and reset in a timely manner

·Assist the bar team to ensure that the stock is always replenished and presentable

·Ensure that all glass breakages and spillages are cleaned in a timely manner to prevent accidents and ensure safety for all patrons and staff

·This list is not exhaustive all of tasks for the role.

Requirements: 

·Previous experience in a similar role required

·Knowledge of beers, wines and spirts

·Ability to work as a team part of a team and on your own initiative

·Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

·Work flexible hours, 5 over 7

·Friendly and have an engaging personality
