We are currently looking for a Full Time Bar Tender to join our team at The Porterhouse in Temple Bar. The main responsibilities are:

• Meet and greet customers on arrival in a friendly and professional manner
• Encourage sampling and upselling of our products
• Serve customers their beverages promptly and courteously
• Be fully up to date with the drinks menu and products offered
• Ensure your working area and station is stocked and kept clean and tidy at all times
• Enjoy a high level of guest interaction and believe giving the highest standard of service at all times.
• To handle minor complaints in a professional and courteous manner and to provide appropriate solutions. To immediately inform the General Manager or Supervisor on duty of any complaints.
• Be compliant and ensure all health & safety SOPs, e.g. broken glass, slips & trips etc are adhered to

Requirements: 

• Minimum 1 years hands on Bar experience
• Excellent communication, motivational and interpersonal skills
• Customer focused and passionate about the industry
• Excellent knowledge of Craft Beers, Spirits & Cocktails
