Double IPA

For all the Hop fanatics out there!

Our DIPA is a hazy juicy golden sunset. using ale, Wheat, Oats & Cara in the mash for a smooth chewy body. Low bitterness with magnum in the kettle followed by Idaho 7, Galaxy & Mosaic at whirlpool and 2 stage dry hop. Idaho 7, Galaxy & Citra to give aroma/flavor of tropical fruits, citrus, passion fruit & mango fermented on East Coast yeast.

Malts: Ale Malt, Wheat Malt, Oat Malt, Cara Malt

Hops: Magnum, Idaho 7, Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra,
